Planning Committee

The primary responsibility of the Planning Committee is to prepare recommendations on policies, procedures, physical changes and their associated costs with regard to land, amenities services facilities and other elements that impact future development and improvement of the community. The committee also maintains the long-range Master Plan and recommends new Capital expenditures.
