Nominating Committee

In preparation for the election of board members by the LOWA general membership, the Nominating Committee solicits candidates, reviews applications, interviews applicants, develops a candidate pool and submits a list of qualified candidates to the BOD for acceptance. The Election Committee then conducts the election. In addition, nominations may be made up to 90 days before the next annual meeting of the Association by a petition signed by at least 250 lot owners who are eligible to vote in the election. Such nominees receive with equal consideration during the election process with nominees who are recommended by the Nomination Committee.
