Legal & Compliance Committee

This committee functions as the regulation enforcement arm of the BOD. The committee holds hearings and resolves allegations of violations of the rules of conduct established by LOWA. Such hearings include violation of our Restrictive Covenants or Regulations as documented by Security, the Environmental Control Committee or the General Manager;  and any other matters referred by the Board. Authority for LOWA to establish its rules and regulations and to enforce them is provided in the Virginia legal code.
