Finance Committee

LOWA budgeting and operations functions reside with the Finance Committee. Members help prepare the annual budget using guidelines provided by the General Manager; review proposed new and replacement capital expenditures, suggested amenity and activity fees and the proposed operating budget; hold open hearings with Committee Chairs, Cost Center Managers and members of the community before submitting a recommended budget to the BOD; and annually review procurement and insurance policies and the Replacement Reserve Schedule for any needed changes.
