Environmental Control Committee

As authorized and established by the LOWA Restrictive Covenants, the Environmental Control Committee (ECC) reviews all plans and specifications for any proposed structural improvements on numbered lots. The committee meets weekly to review applications and ensure plans meet all LOWA Regulations and aesthetic guidelines.
